Messiah University's Sign Language Club has been a staple for the college for over 5 years. After a discussion with the club's president, it was decided to create a rebranding that reflected the love, education, and fun the club provides for students.
The color palette for the overall branding was inspired by the original logo, which was the sign for sunshine. The main shape of the logo is the sign for "I Love You" a simple sign people are familiar with.
To celebrate the new branding for the club, 2"x 2" stickers were purchased for current and prospective club members.
Since the club participates in many
off-campus activities, matching shirts were a must for showing unity. Every member was given a shirt, and they have been worn to various events.
Revamping the club's social media was an important task to reach out to new and current members about upcoming events. During the 2023 - 24 school year, the club's Instagram page gained over 20 new followers and audience outreach increased by 95%.
